Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy

Thank you for choosing AdminTuning for your automotive needs. We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our valued customers. Please read the following Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations Policy carefully before making any purchases or availing of our services.

  1. Returns and Exchanges for Physical Parts:
    1.1 If you wish to return or exchange a physical part purchased from AdminTuning's website, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item.
    1.2 All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is damaged, altered, or not in its original packaging.
    1.3 Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
    1.4 A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns and exchanges for physical parts. Unless it was an error on our company's end (e.g., wrong parts for the application or defective parts.)

  2. Tuning Services:
    2.1 All sales for tuning services are final. We do not offer refunds for tuning services once the service has been performed.
    2.2 In the event of any issues or concerns with our tuning services, we encourage you to contact us so that we can address them promptly and to your satisfaction.

  3. Cancellations:
    3.1 If you wish to cancel an order for a physical part, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
    3.2 Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
    3.3 Cancellation of a tuning service is not permitted as it involves the allocation of time and resources by our technicians.
    3.4 For canceled orders of physical parts, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Refunds:
    4.1 Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) for physical parts that meet our return policy requirements.
    4.2 Refunds for physical parts will be issued minus the applicable 20% restocking fee.
    4.3 Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    4.4 For any refunds related to defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
